Welcome to my page and entry in the "Christmas in July" by Impression Obsession.
For this entry I used the new "Baby Giraffe" - WP771 - stamp set.
I created an a2 sized card using a red cardstock for the main color.
I decided that since it was a Christmas challenge I would make green stripes for background.
To make more Christmasy I added the scarf included in the kit and alternated colors.
The entire giraffe image was paper pieced by me. Definitely a labor of love.
For some reason this helps with my anxiety attacks and I love doing.
Sentiment used was included in kit. I love giraffes!!.
I thought the sentiment "You Have A Special Place In My Heart" fit for using for Christmas
as many in my life - friends and family whom receive cards from me have a very special place in my heart.

Hey, thanks for buying my giraffe - I can't believe you pieced all the spots and everything! Amazing! When I stamp an animal or people image in a lighter color, I like to go back in and add black to the eyes - that really makes the image come to life somehow! Thanks for playing along with us in the challenges!
